Kwaskwarima ta Dokar IMDG 42-24 ta zama ƙa'idar duniya don jigilar kaya zuwa ƙasashen waje a ranar 1 ga Janairu, 2026. Wannan shine babban sauyi a cikin shekaru goma. Ireland ƙasa ce mamba ta EU, don haka dole ne ta bi dokokin kwastam na EU da ƙa'idodin sufuri na Turai da kuma waɗannan ƙa'idodin ƙasashen duniya.

Wannan ya haɗa da ƙasashe 162 masu kwangila waɗanda suka ƙunshi kashi 99% na jiragen ruwan 'yan kasuwa na duniya ta hanyar jimlar tan. Kwaskwarima ta 42-24 ita ce kawai ma'aunin da dole ne a bi don duk jigilar kayayyaki masu haɗari ta teku har zuwa ranar 1 ga Janairu, 2026. Hukumar kula da tsaron jiragen ruwa yanzu tana da kwanaki biyar na aiki don amincewa ko ƙin amincewa da sanarwar. Wannan ci gaba ne sama da kwanaki bakwai da ƙa'idodin 2018 suka yarda da su, wanda babban al'amari ne ga jadawalin fitar da kaya.

A shekarar 2025, kasar Sin ta kuma sauya ka'idojin yadda za a rarraba kayayyaki masu cutarwa a kasarta. An maye gurbin nau'ikan GB 12268-2025 (Jerin Kayayyaki Masu Hadari) da GB 6944-2025 (Rarraba da Dokar Kayayyaki Masu Hadari) na shekarar 2012 da nau'ikan 2025 a ranar 1 ga Oktoba, 2025. Waɗannan sabbin nau'ikan sun yi daidai da Dokokin Tsarin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya na 23. Waɗannan gyare-gyare sun ƙara sabbin nau'ikan 69 kuma sun canza tsarin teburin kayayyakin masu haɗari don haɗawa da bayanan ƙungiyar shirya kaya, adadi mai iyaka, da umarnin IBC. Waɗannan gyare-gyaren suna da tasiri kai tsaye kan yadda masu jigilar kaya na kasar Sin ke gano da kuma tsara kayansu.

Bukatun Shigo da Tarayyar Turai da Ireland

Mataki na 3 — Shirya Takardu
